Job Title: YouTube and Instagram Script Writer
We’re looking for a high-performance script writer who can create engaging, retention-driven YouTube scripts. This is not a basic writing job — your scripts should hook attention, keep viewers watching, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-retention YouTube scripts (long & short form)
- Craft strong hooks in first 5–10 seconds
- Structure content for maximum watch time
- Research topics deeply and simplify them for mass audience
- Collaborate with the content team for ideas and improvements
- Adapt tone based on channel niche (education / storytelling / entertainment)
Requirements
- Proven experience in YouTube script writing
- Strong understanding of viral content & audience psychology
- Ability to write clear, conversational, and engaging scripts
- Knows how to retain attention (pattern interrupts, storytelling, hooks)
- Fast turnaround time (no lazy delays)
Bonus (Preferred, not required)
- Experience working with creators with 100K+ subscribers
- Understanding of YouTube analytics (CTR, retention, AVD)
- Ability to suggest video ideas, not just write script

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
