Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Research & Development team. The candidate will be responsible for embedded firmware development, motherboard and BIOS customization, hardware-software integration, and new product development in consumer and industrial electronics.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in embedded systems, microcontrollers, Linux, BIOS/UEFI, hardware debugging, and product development from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Embedded Firmware Development
Design and develop firmware for ARM-based microcontrollers (STM32, Nuvoton, Holtek, Microchip, etc.).
Develop drivers for UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, LIN, GPIO, ADC, PWM, Timers, and DMA.
Implement RTOS-based applications using FreeRTOS and Zephyr.
Develop bootloaders and firmware upgrade mechanisms.
- Motherboard & BIOS Development
Customize BIOS/UEFI for Intel platform motherboards.
Work on Embedded Controller (EC) firmware development and integration.
Perform board bring-up and hardware validation.
- Debug BIOS, EC, and power sequencing issues.
Develop shell scripts and automation tools.
Create system provisioning and deployment solutions.
- Product Development & R&D
Participate in new product design and feasibility studies.
Collaborate with hardware teams during schematic and PCB design.
Prepare technical specifications and software requirements.
Support production and manufacturing teams during NPI and mass production.
- Automation & Manufacturing Support
Develop factory automation tools and production programming utilities.
Create test and validation software.
Support BIOS customization and production flashing processes.
Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports.
Create software architecture documents and user manuals.
Support customer technical queries and demonstrations.

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related field.
