Position Summary
The Telecalling Executive serves as a vital anchor for our revenue pipeline. This position requires a high-energy communicator capable of transforming digital marketing leads, database contacts, and inbound inquiries into high-intent site visitors. The ideal candidate will possess an engaging telephone presence, sharp objection-handling skills, and a result-oriented mindset to educate prospective homebuyers on our residential portfolio and secure confirmed property walkthroughs.

- Engage efficiently with inbound leads generated via marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, property portals) and systematically connect with targeted customer databases.
- Deliver structured, compelling elevator pitches outlining project highlights, configurations (1BHK/2BHK), connectivity benefits, and lifestyle amenities.
- Build long-term rapport with potential buyers through persistent, polite follow-ups to maintain strong brand recall.
2. Requirement Mapping & Quality Qualification
- Conduct a comprehensive need-analysis by actively listening to the caller's budget constraints, location preferences, investment horizons, and timeline expectations.
- Filter out non-serious queries and accurately match qualified prospective buyers with the ideal property offerings within the Imperial Lifestyle portfolio.
3. Campaign-to-Site Visit Conversion
- Pitch site visits as an exclusive, value-added consultation experience, systematically scheduling appointments for clients to tour on-site show flats.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Sourcing Executives and on-site Closing Managers to hand over detailed customer profiles prior to their scheduled walk-ins.
4. CRM Tracking & Data Discipline
- Log all call statuses, detailed remarks, disposition codes, and future follow-up dates meticulously into the company CRM ecosystem.
- Maintain high data integrity to ensure lead pipeline reports remain accurate and pristine.
Qualifications & Technical Competencies
- Education: Graduate / Bachelor's degree preferred (Minimum Requirement: Higher Secondary/10+2 with a strong corporate track record).
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of solid telesales or inside sales experience, preferably within real estate development, property consultancies, banking/BFSI, or premium BPOs.
- Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Working knowledge of Marathi or Gujarati is a distinctive regional advantage for the MMR market.
- Core Competencies: Strong persuasion techniques, resilience to target pressures, high emotional intelligence, and excellent vocal modulation over the phone.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
