Job Description
Our company is currently in search of a highly skilled and committed Data Engineer to take a leading role in advancing our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. As a Data Engineer, you will be instrumental in the process of turning raw data into valuable insights to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Backend Engineering, and Marketing, to comprehend data requirements and objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes that facilitate the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources into our data warehouses and systems.
- Optimize data structures and storage to ensure efficient data retrieval and support robust analytics, all while maintaining data quality and reliability.
- Implement best practices for data security and privacy to ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
- Explore and integrate new technologies and frameworks to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.
Our Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, along with a strong academic background.
- Bring at least 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong emphasis on data integration, ETL processes, and database management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in key tools and technologies such as Python, Airflow, PostGreSQL, and Clickhouse.
- Knowledge of building machine learning models is considered an advantage.
