Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Team Leader for the telesales department. The candidate will be responsible for handling a telesales team, achieving sales targets, and improving overall team performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the telesales team
- Monitor daily calling activities and team productivity
- Drive sales targets and improve conversion rates
- Train, guide, and motivate team members
- Prepare daily performance and sales reports
- Support the team in handling customer queries and escalations
- Ensure discipline and target achievement within the team
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree mandatory
- Experience in telesales and team handling required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Good problem-solving and team management abilities
