We are looking for a proactive and results-driven US IT Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and offer management. Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices, technical roles, sourcing platforms, and candidate work authorization is preferred.
Key Responsibilities : Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, referrals, databases, and Boolean search. Understand technical requirements and identify qualified candidates for US-based positions. Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, location, availability, compensation, and work authorization. Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements as applicable. Coordinate technical, client, and managerial interview rounds and maintain timely follow-ups. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements. Manage candidate submissions, interview feedback, offer discussions, negotiations, and joining follow-ups. Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS, trackers, and recruitment databases. Work closely with hiring managers, account managers, and clients to understand requirements and hiring priorities. Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications 1–4 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment. Good understanding of US IT hiring processes and technical roles. Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills. Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment platforms. Working knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, and common US work authorization categories. Understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Salesforce, and related IT skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.
