- Generate new business by identifying and acquiring dealers, distributors, retailers, workshops, and fleet customers.
- Promote and sell automotive lubricants, spare parts, and related products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications to customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends, and provide feedback to management.
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, orders, and collections.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
- Participate in promotional activities, dealer meets, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively in the market.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical business practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
