Role: Associate Manager – Taxation
Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in indirect and direct taxation to join our finance team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high transaction volumes.
GST Compliance
Manage end-to-end GST compliance including filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and reconciliation with books of accounts

Handle GST input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation and resolve mismatches

Liaise with consultants and tax authorities for assessments, notices, and audits

Stay updated on GST amendments and ensure timely implementation
TDS / Direct Tax
Ensure accurate and timely TDS deductions, deposits, and filing of quarterly returns (24Q, 26Q)

Manage Form 16 / 16A issuance and reconcile TDS with books

Handle TDS notices, demands, and queries from the tax department

Support in advance tax computation and corporate tax filings
Excel & Reporting
Prepare and maintain tax trackers, reconciliation sheets, and compliance calendars using advanced Excel

Build and maintain dashboards for tax liability monitoring and filing timelines
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in taxation and compliance

Strong working knowledge of GST and TDS

Hands-on SAP experience

Proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills for stakeholder and auditor coordination
Prior experience in a fintech, BFSI, or high-growth startup environment

Exposure to tax audits, transfer pricing, or direct tax assessments
Knowledge of Ind AS or IFRS reporting standards
