Chemistry Faculty – Job Description
- Deliver high-quality Chemistry instruction aligned with the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
- Develop structured lesson plans that promote conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions using effective teaching methodologies and relevant practical applications.
- Plan and supervise laboratory experiments while ensuring proper safety procedures and discipline.
- Prepare question papers, assignments, worksheets, assessments, and other academic resources.
- Regularly evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for academic improvement.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support and guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, lesson progress, and student performance.
- Prepare students effectively for school examinations and competitive examinations, where applicable.
- Encourage scientific curiosity, critical thinking, and a strong understanding of Chemistry concepts.
- Collaborate with the academic team to implement school academic policies and improvement initiatives.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, academic events, workshops, and other school activities.
- Maintain professional conduct and contribute positively to a disciplined and supportive learning environment.
- Communicate professionally with parents and management regarding students’ academic progress when required.
Pay: ₹9,819.78 - ₹54,108.72 per month
