Job Summary:
Bigsams Sea Premium Food Company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator for our Kurla Factory. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, good typing speed, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately into company systems and Excel sheets
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Advanced Excel
Maintain records of inventory, dispatch, production, and sales data
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness
Generate MIS reports and support departmental documentation
Coordinate with plant and office staff for data collection and reporting
Maintain confidentiality of company information and records
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced Level) including:
VLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
Formulas & Functions
Data Filtering & Formatting
Basic MIS Reporting
Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Email communication
Qualification:
Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
Certification in Computer Applications will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Able to handle work pressure
Candidate should be disciplined, punctual, and capable of handling data independently
Candidates residing near Kurla or nearby areas will be preferred
