- Exposure and knowledge of Finance - Equities market especially Company Financials and Analyst and Broker Estimates.
- Lead a team of up to 15-20 team members.
- Identify training needs, gaps for analysts and suggest soft skill/process specific training.
- Compile performance reports and customer feedback, ensure timely receipt and action on customer feedback.
- Provide leadership, guidance and feedback on individual and team performance.
- Participate in implementation of process improvement recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts based on business requirements.- Responsible for Production Management, gather, track and report productivity metrics.
- Analyze volume trends to understand the reasons for any peaks or valleys in work volume and manage resources accordingly.

- Participate in various projects and continuous process improvement activities.
- Participate in Operations/Relationship calls.
- Responsible for team motivation, providing feedback, coaching and conducting reviews of analysts.
