About the Role
Cent Health is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Reporting Executive to support our diagnostic and healthcare reporting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while preparing and managing reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and allocate diagnostic reports to doctors accurately and within defined timelines.
- Generate and maintain manual reports as per operational requirements.
- Handle system-generated reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain reporting records using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Monitor report quality and minimize errors by adhering to defined quality standards.
- Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and imaging centers for report management and data updates.
- Verify reports before submission to ensure minimal error margin.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and healthcare data at all times.
- Support the operations team with reporting-related tasks and process improvements.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Willingness to learn healthcare reporting processes.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in hospital, diagnostic center, or imaging center reporting will be an added advantage.
