Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and supervise CNC Laser Cutting Machine operations.
- Prepare and optimize CNC programs (nesting/programming).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files.
- Ensure accurate cutting as per production drawings and specifications.
- Plan daily production schedules to achieve targets.
- Monitor machine productivity, efficiency, and utilization.
- Minimize material wastage through proper nesting.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Design, and Quality departments.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of CNC laser cutting machines.
- Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues.
- Maintain quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
- Supervise operators, helpers, and fabrication staff.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials.
- Maintain production reports, rejection reports, and machine downtime records.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety practices.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company SOPs.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
