Position: Store Assistant
Experience: Fresher to 3 Years Experience
Qualification: 10th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Any Stream)
Location: Project Sites / Industrial Locations
Job Summary:
Wani Projects & Infra Private Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Assistant to manage and support project store operations. The candidate will be responsible for material receiving, storage, issuance, inventory control, and maintaining proper store documentation at industrial project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily store activities at project locations.
- Receive materials and verify quantity & documents against delivery challans.
- Maintain records of inward and outward materials.
- Prepare Material Receipt Notes (MRN), Material Issue Slips, and stock reports.
- Update inventory records in MS Excel / ERP systems.
- Maintain proper storage, identification, and safety of materials.
- Coordinate with site engineers, purchase department, and project teams.
- Perform regular physical stock verification.
- Maintain store files, registers, and documentation.
- Follow company safety and material handling procedures.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Computer Skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Email Communication).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to work at industrial project sites.
- Knowledge of PEB / Construction materials will be an added advantage.
