Airbnb Property Manager – 7 Units
We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and guest-focused Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 7-unit Airbnb property.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of all 7 units and ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
- Manage and coordinate a team of 2–3 housekeeping staff, including schedules and quality control.
- Communicate with guests professionally and promptly before, during, and after their stay.
- Handle guest questions, complaints, and issues and ensure they are resolved quickly.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, and other property needs.
- Monitor inventory of linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other essentials.
- Conduct regular property inspections and proactively identify problems.
- Help maintain high guest satisfaction and excellent Airbnb reviews.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in Airbnb, hospitality, hotel, or property management preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Previous experience managing staff is a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable taking ownership and ensuring things get done without constant supervision.
We are looking for someone hands-on who can manage both people and property while delivering an excellent guest experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
