We believe in the power of storytelling and knowledge, and we are looking for a driven, creative Sales and Marketing professional to help us expand our reach, build author brands, and grow our market share.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advocacy Partner to lead the promotion and distribution of our catalog. You will bridge the gap between our books and our readers by developing innovative marketing campaigns, managing digital presence, and driving sales across multiple channels (retail, direct-to-consumer, international, and institutional).Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Distribution
- Channel Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key book retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Barnes & Noble).
- Sales Strategy: Analyze sales data, track inventory, and forecast revenue to optimize our catalog's placement and profitability.
- Institutional Sales: Pitch and secure book listings for libraries, schools and General Book Distributors.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid advertising) for new book launches and backlist titles.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: One or two years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Experience in Publishing is an added advantage. Freshers are especially encourage to apply.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Competitive Salary: Salary is no Bar for the right candidate.

- Perks: 10 to 15 percent hike after completing sales targets every year.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
