Job Title: IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches)
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures — threat detection, vulnerability management, endpoint protection
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP or similar) — server deployment, backups, scaling
- Maintain and troubleshoot self-hosted ERP systems and internal servers
- Ensure uptime and security of company websites and web applications
- Set up and manage VPNs, access controls, and data protection policies
- Handle server administration (Linux/Windows), database backups, and disaster recovery
- Coordinate with vendors for IT infrastructure, domain, and hosting related issues
- Document IT policies, SOPs, and incident response procedures
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices
- Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) — deployment, monitoring, cost optimization
- Linux server administration
- Basic scripting knowledge (Bash/Python) for automation
- Understanding of ERP/web application infrastructure is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure Certified are a plus
- 1-3 years relevant experience (freshers with strong skills also considered)
