Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements, brief, budget and site conditions, and translate these into creative, functional design concepts.
- Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, concept presentations and material palettes for client approval.
- Develop detailed working (GFC) drawings — furniture layout, electrical layout, flooring, false ceiling, elevations, sections and joinery/carpentry details.
- Create photorealistic 3D visualizations and walkthroughs for client presentations.
- Coordinate with the estimation team to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in the BOQ and cost sheets.
- Liaise closely with the site execution team, contractors, carpenters and vendors to ensure the design is implemented correctly on site.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality, take measurements, and resolve on-site design issues.
- Select and finalize materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and soft furnishings within the design concept and budget.
- Guide, review and mentor Design Assistants / junior designers on drawings and design standards.
- Maintain organized project documentation, timelines, revision history and design change records.
- Track and present project status to management and clients, flagging risks to timeline or budget early.
- Stay current with interior design trends, materials, finishes and design technology, including AI-based design tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
