Service Centre Administrator – BGauss Electric Scooter
Responsibilities
- Manage customer service appointments and job cards.
- Maintain records of scooter servicing, repairs, and warranty claims.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Coordinate with technicians regarding service status and spare parts requirements.
- Update customers on repair progress and delivery timelines.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in customers.
- Maintain stock records of spare parts and accessories.
- Prepare daily and monthly service reports.
- Process warranty and insurance-related documentation.
- Ensure all service records are properly filed and updated in the system.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, billing software).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with technicians and management.
- Record-keeping and administrative skills.
Typical Qualification
- 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate.
- 0–3 years experience in administration, customer service, or automotive service centers preferred.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
