Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ORM Executive to manage and enhance the online reputation of our media brands across digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring brand mentions, responding to audience queries, managing online conversations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive brand image across social media and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor brand mentions, comments, reviews, and discussions across social media, websites, forums, and news platforms.
- Assist in increasing subscribers and followers across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), WhatsApp Channels, and other digital platforms.
- Publish, schedule, and optimize content across social media platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Track daily subscriber growth, reach, impressions, and engagement metrics.
- Identify trending topics, hashtags, and viral content opportunities.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns and audience engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with editorial, video, and design teams for timely content publishing.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
