Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at Gowthami Physiotherapy Clinic in Vijayawada. The Physiotherapist will assess patients through detailed histories, physical examinations, and functional evaluations, then develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include providing manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy modalities, and education on posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs. The role involves monitoring patient progress, updating treatment goals, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals when needed. The Physiotherapist will also support patient counselling on lifestyle modifications and participate in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and professional clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or higher); valid professional registration or eligibility as required by local regulations.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
- Ability to demonstrate and supervise therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and use of physiotherapy equipment and modalities safely.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues, with a compassionate and professional bedside manner.
- Competence in clinical documentation, record keeping, and basic computer skills for maintaining patient files and scheduling.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with good time management and case-load organization.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, openness to learning new techniques, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
- Prior clinical experience in outpatient physiotherapy or hospital settings is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated early-career professionals.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
