Job role : Tele Counselor - Overseas
Location: Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, universities, corporate
organizations, and other prospective partners.
● Introduce ISDC’s academic and corporate partnership opportunities.
● Generate interest and build relationships with institutional and corporate
decision-makers.
● Conduct professional follow-ups to nurture prospective partners.
● Qualify prospects based on predefined partnership criteria.
● Identify key decision-makers such as Principals, Directors, Deans,
Placement Heads, HR Managers, Learning & Development Managers,
and Corporate Training Heads.
● Schedule meetings, presentations, and online demonstrations for the
Business Development team.
● Ensure proper handover of qualified leads with detailed meeting notes.
● Research prospective organizations and identify relevant contacts using
digital platforms and business directories.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and lead
status in the CRM.
● Keep CRM records updated with activities, remarks, and next steps.
● Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams for lead
nurturing campaigns.
● Maintain professional communication with prospects throughout the sales
process.
● Build positive relationships that support long-term partnership development.
● Ensure timely follow-ups and continuous engagement until meetings are
completed.
● Prepare daily and weekly reports covering: Outbound calls completed, Qualified leads generated, Meetings scheduled and Pipeline status and conversion progress
Desired candidates profile:
● 1 or 2 Years Experience in the counseling /Tele sales
● Good communication and presentation skills
● Graduate in any stream.
● Good Negotiation Skill
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
