Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Design and execute complex statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and data mining initiatives to solve ambiguous business problems.
- Strategic Advisory: Translate sophisticated data findings into high-impact strategic recommendations, presenting directly to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Dashboard Architecture: Oversee the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-level BI dashboards and automated reporting systems.
- Data Strategy & Governance: Partner with data engineering teams to design scalable data models, optimize data pipelines, and ensure data integrity and governance across the organization.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Serve as a technical mentor to junior and mid-level data analysts, promoting best practices in coding, visualization, and analytical methodologies.
- KPI Ownership: Define, track, and optimize company-wide key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Extensive, proven experience working as a Senior Data Analyst, Insights Analyst, or in a comparable advanced quantitative role.
- Advanced SQL & Programming: Expert-level proficiency in SQL, alongside strong programming skills in Python or R for advanced data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- BI & Data Visualization: Deep expertise with enterprise data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, including advanced dashboard optimization.
- Data Architecture Knowledge: Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, and working with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment.
- Critical Thinking: A highly analytical mindset with the ability to look beyond the numbers to uncover systemic business opportunities.
