Age: 25 to 35 Years old
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Get the sales using various customer sales methods like cold calling, Reference , direct connect, presentations etc.
● Appoint channel sales partners, manage & support them to get their sales.
● Appoint business associates to pitch our business to their existing clients
● Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies / models and evaluate their effectiveness.
● Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
● Meet personal and team sales targets.
● Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
● Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
● Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
● Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
● Visit site to close the sale for projects
● Visit clients on generation of enquiries & convert into sales
● Concentration - 75 % project sales 25% CP & DSA
Required Skills:
● Proven sales experience in the related field (Industrial, Architectural products, Warehousing segment, Institutional Sales, Green Buildings, Paint or waterproofing )
● Excel Client’s experience with his attitude & approach
● Have his own face value in his territory
● New Business development skills
● Strong follow up skill
● Familiarity with different sales techniques
● Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
● Self motivated and self driven, proactive, zeal to learn & grow
● Exposure to IGBC ( Indian Green Building), or institutional sales is an added advantage.
Technical Sales -
Qualification:
MBA - Sales & Marketing or related field, Bachelor's degree in marketing, BBA, Engg
Civil , biotech , MSC , Environmental science degree.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
