Role Overview
Electrical Integration Engineer will play a pivotal role in the design, integration, and meticulous validation of advanced electrical and avionics systems for our next-generation Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). This highly collaborative role requires cross-functional expertise to ensure the seamless, high-performance integration of power systems, cutting-edge avionics, robust communication modules, and diverse payload electronics.
Key Responsibilities

Work on integration of complex electrical subsystems including power distribution, state-of-the-art avionics, sensors, actuators, and critical communication systems onto various UAV platforms.

Design, develop, and rigorously validate wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and detailed interconnect diagrams, ensuring reliability and manufacturability.

Generate comprehensive electrical schematics, precise wiring diagrams, and high-level system architecture documentation.

Engineer and validate high-performance UAV power systems, encompassing batteries, Battery Management Systems (BMS), Power Distribution Boards (PDBs), and advanced voltage regulators.

Execute hands-on bench-level and system-level integration and testing of avionics hardware.

Seamlessly integrate industry-leading flight controllers (e.g., PX4, ArduPilot) with sensors and wireless communication modules.

Proactively troubleshoot complex electrical issues, applying systematic root cause analysis to ensure system robustness.

Ensure absolute compliance of all electrical systems and documentation with stringent aerospace standards such as DO-160 and DO-254.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.

2-4 years of demonstrated experience in electrical integration, with a strong preference for experience within the UAV or robotics industry.

In-depth knowledge of power systems, embedded hardware design, and communication protocols (e.g., UART, CAN, SPI, I2C).

Proficiency with professional schematic capture and layout tools such as Altium, KiCad, or Eagle.

Expert, hands-on experience utilizing oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other advanced debugging tools.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with various UAV platforms (multirotor and/or fixed-wing).

Working knowledge of RF systems, antenna theory, and telemetry integration.

Familiarity with high-density LiPo/Li-ion battery technology and sophisticated BMS.
