Core Requirements•
Proven experience (at least 5 years) of working as a Business Analyst within financial services, ideally within Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of Private Markets: Real Assets, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Credit and Public Markets businesses
- Knowledge of fund structures: Limited Partnerships (LP/GP model), Open/Closed-end funds, Co-investments and feeder structures
- Familiarity with Capital calls & distributions, Fund accounting & NAV processes, Valuation methodologies for illiquid assets
- Experience defining requirements, creating business requirement documents, functional specs, target operating models and process maps, translating business needs into digital and AI capabilities.
- Have a strong focus on data driven decision making, predictive analytics and automation with experience working with both structured and unstructured data
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and explain model outputs or technical requirements to non-technical business stakeholders
- Effectively build trust with diverse stakeholders, align priorities through clear communication, and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery
- Proven ability to work effectively across technical and business functions, facilitating alignment and driving consensus
- Proficiency using data analytic tools such as Excel, SQL or BI platforms to interpret data
Delivery Approach & Ways of Working- Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
- Use of JIRA and Confluence for delivery management and documentation.
- Proven track record collaborating effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams across engineering, product and analytics.
Experience & Other
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self‑starter able to lead components independently while partnering closely with internal teams.
