We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CMA Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on exposure to practical accounting, corporate accounting, and business advisory services. You will work closely with qualified professionals, gaining real-world experience that complements your academic journey and fulfills your practical training requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Accounting: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of day-to-day books of accounts, ledger reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Compliance & Taxation: Assist in filing statutory returns, including GST and Income Tax, and compiling data for tax audits.
- Financial Reporting: Help generate monthly management reports, cash flow statements, and financial performance dashboards for clients.
- Audit Support: Provide documentation and analytical support during internal, statutory, and cost audits.
- Documentation: Maintain systematic digital records and documentation for all compliance and accounting tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Academic: Must have pursuing CMA Intermediate (Single or Both Groups) and be eligible to commence practical training as per ICMAI guidelines.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, Accounting standard (AS), and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-based or standard accounting software is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical mind with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
