Job Description: Sales / Estimation Executive. (Furniture Fitting background)
INDOOR SALES DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Quotation preparation:
Utilize our system software and excel to prepare quotations accurately by referring our catalogue based on customer inquiries.
2. Order Processing:
Process LPOs (Local Purchase Order) efficiently and coordinate with stores for timely delivery.
3. Order Tracking:
Monitor all upcoming shipments to ensure timely delivery of pending orders to clients.
4. Logistics Coordination:
Collaborate with the logistics department to place orders for special items from suppliers as needed.
5. Documentation management:
Maintain a quotation register to maintain all quotations issued.
Keep organized files of pending LPOs for easy reference and follow up.
6. Client commutation:
Engage with clients to address their inquiries and provide technical assistance as required.
7. Email Communication:
Demonstrate proficiency in email communication with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and follow up on quotations.
8. Customer service orientation:
Maintain a customer-centric approach in all email communications, focusing on addressing client needs and providing excellent service.
9. Time management:
Prioritize all tasks effectively to meet deadlines for quotation submissions and client communication.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Any other Certification related to Sales will be added advantage.
Experience: 2 to 4 yrs in direct sales of furniture fittings.
Preference: Relevant sales / estimation experience in Furniture Fitting.
Location: Pune
Salary: As per industry Norms/ Standard and depending upon last drawn salary.
Other Specifications:
· English communication skill must me strong.
· Can have good product knowledge.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
