Role description
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business problems and convert them into machine learning solutions
- Build, improve, and monitor ML models based on business needs
- Work on different techniques like machine learning, deep learning, and AI
- Collaborate with data engineers and developers to deploy scalable solutions
- Review code and ensure quality standards are followed
- Guide and mentor team members on ML approaches and tools
- Handle data collection, cleaning, and quality checks
- Present insights using data visualization tools in a simple way
- Stay updated with latest trends in AI, ML, GenAI, LLM, chatbot technologies
- Build solutions using APIs to scale AI models across the organization
- Follow best practices for documentation, version control (Git/GitHub)
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Machine Learning & Data Science (7+ years)
- Hands-on experience in deploying ML models to production
- Knowledge of NLP, LLM, Generative AI, RAG
- Experience in supervised, unsupervised, deep learning models
- Good understanding of data cleaning, data preparation, EDA
- Strong coding skills in Python / R
- Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn
- Experience in cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker or Azure ML)
- Knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL)
