Education:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.com/M.com/BBA/MBA finance
Must Have Skills: P2P - Invoicing, Payments, Reporting knowledge
Good To Have skills: Oracle
Essential Requirements:
- P2P knowledge/experience – Invoice processing, Payments, Travel & Expense
- Good written and verbal communication
- Good understanding of Business e-mail writing etiquette
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Oracle & HighRadius
Desired Requirements:
- P2P ServiceNow issue resolution process
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Processes Invoice exceptions, Handling payment queries, process T& E request in Concur
- Reconciliation of Vendor account
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Query resolution - Handling onshore and offshore team queries
- Ensuring the SOPs are updated timely
