Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Consultants to join our Pune retail team. As a brand representative, you will deliver a premium in-store experience, guide customers through their purchase journey, and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds, designs, and product features
- Assist customers throughout the purchase journey — selection to billing
- Deliver a personalized and premium shopping experience
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on trends
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Support in-store promotions, campaigns, and events
Desired Candidate Profile
- Interest or experience in Jewellery / Luxury Retail
- Preferred - Someone with Jewellery Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a sales-driven approach
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
