Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Proactively cold calling to identify potential buyers and following up on inquiries.
- Relationship Management: Building rapport with clients to position properties and the company effectively.
- Sales Conversion: Scheduling site visits and assisting in closing deals, particularly in residential, luxury, or commercial segments.
- System Management: Updating and maintaining accurate customer information in CRM tools.
- Communication: Fluent verbal communication (English and local languages) is essential.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
