We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Kharghar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, patients, and clients professionally.
Answer and transfer incoming phone calls.
Schedule appointments and maintain records.
Manage visitor entries and front desk documentation.
Handle emails, courier services, and basic administrative tasks.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.
Requirements:
HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
0–4years of experience (Freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
