Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Shopkeeper with 1–2 years of experience to manage daily shop operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, customer service, billing, stock maintenance, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the shop as per business hours.
- Welcome and assist customers with product selection.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain stock levels and replenish shelves when required.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Monitor stock movement and report shortages or damaged items.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable.
- Ensure products are displayed properly to maximize sales.
- Maintain daily sales records and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience as a Shopkeeper, Store Assistant, Retail Sales Executive, or in a similar retail role.
