Job Summary:
REAL Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the position of Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Finance, Banking & Taxation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in banking operations, trade finance, taxation, treasury management, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Banking and Treasury Operations, including Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and Trade Finance activities.
- Handle GST and TDS compliance, return filing, and related documentation.
- Prepare and submit Stock Statements, QFR/FFR reports, and Due Diligence documents.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, financial institutions, and internal departments.
- Manage banking documentation, financial records, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor foreign exchange transactions and trade documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis reports.
- Support treasury functions and working capital management.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of LC, BG, Banking Operations, GST, TDS, and Treasury Functions.
- Experience in Trade Finance, Commercial Documentation, and Banking Compliance.
- Knowledge of Foreign Exchange Transactions and Banking Instruments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, SAP, Lighthouse ERP, or similar ERP software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Banking, and Taxation.
- Age between 25 and 40 years.
