Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle office errands, including banking, courier, and document delivery tasks.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry items.
- Open and close the office as per company requirements.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving office materials when required.
- Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared before meetings.
- Collect and distribute incoming mail, parcels, and courier deliveries.
- Report maintenance issues and assist in coordinating repairs.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Prior office assistant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
