About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, lead generation campaigns, and digital branding strategies.
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing
Preference: Prior experience in Digital Marketing within the Financial Services or Finance-related industry
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase brand reach, audience engagement, and digital visibility across all social media platforms.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand goals
Write content scripts, captions, campaign copies, and promotional communication
Execute lead generation and digital marketing campaigns
Design creatives using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools
Coordinate and perform basic video editing using industry-standard software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects
Implement SEO and digital growth strategies to improve online visibility and engagement
Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings
Ensure all communication aligns with compliance-sensitive financial marketing standards
Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies
Handle digital campaigns independently and coordinate with internal teams when required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of social media marketing and branding
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Basic knowledge of video editing software like Premiere Pro and After Effects
Understanding of SEO, lead generation, and digital growth techniques
Excellent content planning and script-writing abilities
Ability to multitask and manage campaigns independently
Interest in finance, investment-related communication, and digital branding
Strong communication and creative thinking skills
Salary Range: 10K - 18K per month
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.35 per month
