HR Manager – Factory Compliance & ISO
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting on company websites, social media, and job boards.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Create job descriptions (JDs) for new roles and update as needed.
- HR Administration:
- Oversee employee data management, ensuring all records are up to date, including personal details, benefits, and performance information.
- Process payroll for a large employee base (Headcount: 500) using TCS software and salary pay packs.
- Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies.
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file PF challans, new employee UAN generation, PF advance claims, and PF death claims processing.
- Handle all company-related insurance tasks.
- Manage tasks according to the Factory Act and prepare annual challans for Labor Act compliance.
- Employee Engagement:
- Conduct employee feedback sessions to address concerns and gather suggestions for improvement.
- Organize team-building activities, including lunches, outings, and workshops to enhance morale and collaboration.
- Learning and Development:
- Identify employee training needs and develop tailored training plans.
- Coordinate workshops, webinars, or conferences for employee growth and development.
- Performance Management:
- Conduct performance reviews with employees to discuss their progress, provide feedback, and set goals.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve employee performance.
- ISO Compliance and Audits:
- Prepare ISO audit data for various standards (ISO 9001-2015, 14001, 45001) ensuring the company remains compliant.
- Employee Welfare:
- Design and implement employee welfare schemes to improve job satisfaction and retention.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
- Experience in handling PF, UAN, and other statutory HR requirements.
- Proficient in using HR software like TCS for payroll management.
- Understanding of ISO standards and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with the Factory Act and Labor Act compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
