Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments according to clinic protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms
- Help manage patient flow and appointment readiness
- Support infection control and sterilization procedures
- Comfort and engage with patients during treatment
- Assist with dental materials, charting, and documentation as required
- Ensure treatment areas are stocked and well-maintained
- Coordinate with the reception team when necessary
What We're Looking For
- Previous dental assisting experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Friendly, patient, and compassionate personality
- Comfortable interacting with children and parents
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Dental Assistant certification (if available)
- Prior experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting (freshers can apply)
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols
