Job Description
- Source, identify, and recruit OPT/CPT candidates for various technologies in the US market.
- Build and maintain a strong database of OPT candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and other sources.
- Work closely with bench sales and marketing teams to place OPT candidates with clients.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate skills and experience.
- Guide candidates on resume preparation, interview preparation, and job opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with OPT candidates regarding available job opportunities.
- Track candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Maintain daily reports and update recruitment trackers.
- Develop strong relationships with universities, consultants, and vendors.
Required Skills
- Experience in OPT recruiting / US Staffing
- Good understanding of US work authorization (OPT, CPT, H1B)
- Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
