What We're Looking For:
6 months to 2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
Experience in hiring for light industry/manufacturing/engineering roles is preferred
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently
