Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused F&B Executive to join our team at a prestigious International Airport Terminal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food & beverage operations
- Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per guidelines
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Monitor inventory and assist in stock management
- Support team members during peak hours
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in F&B or hospitality industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
