Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team. The candidate should be able to read drawings, perform welding operations, and ensure high-quality fabrication work while following safety standards. The role typically involves reading drawings, preparing materials, performing welding, and inspecting weld quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, and other welding processes as required.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components.
- Inspect welded joints and ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate welding machines, grinders, and fabrication tools.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Repair and rework defective welds when required.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Welding or related field.
- 5-10 years of welding experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Good understanding of welding safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
