Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team. The candidate should be able to read drawings, perform welding operations, and ensure high-quality fabrication work while following safety standards. The role typically involves reading drawings, preparing materials, performing welding, and inspecting weld quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on Stainless Steel (SS) sheet metal components ranging from 1.5 mm to 3 mm thickness.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Fabricate, fit-up, assemble, and weld metal components as per specifications.
- Ensure high-quality weld finish with minimal distortion and rework.
- Inspect welded joints and verify compliance with quality standards and dimensional requirements.
- Operate welding machines, grinders, polishing equipment, and other fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
- Repair, modify, and rework defective welds as required
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Welding or related field.
- 5-10 years of welding experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of TIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Good understanding of welding safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
