Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Python Developers with strong backend development expertise and deep knowledge of Python programming. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance applications and possess strong problem-solving skills in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Python applications.
- Build scalable and high-performance backend systems.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with external applications and services.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Write efficient, optimized SQL queries and perform database performance tuning.
- Work with concurrency and parallel processing techniques to improve application performance.
- Support distributed data processing workloads using Apache Spark.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills
Python Development
- Strong expertise in Core Python.
- Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Proficiency in functional programming concepts.
- Experience developing production-grade applications.
Concurrency & Performance
- Multithreading and Multiprocessing.
- Asynchronous programming (Async/Await).
- Throughput, latency optimization, and shared-state management.
API Development & Integration
- Building and consuming REST APIs.
- API authentication and authorization.
- Error handling, retries, timeouts, and idempotency.
Database Skills
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Complex joins, aggregations, and window functions.
- Query optimization and performance tuning.
Big Data (Preferred)
- Apache Spark.
- Spark SQL and DataFrames.
- Partitioning, shuffles, and performance tuning basics.
Educational Qualification
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent from a recognized university.
Important Notes
- Core Python expertise is mandatory (not scripting-level experience).
- Strong backend development experience is required.
- Python fundamentals will be the primary evaluation focus.
- Candidates must be comfortable with a 5-week onboarding process.
- Passport-size photograph and PAN card copy are mandatory for profile submission.
