Dharshan Builders is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Engineer for immediate hiring.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential construction.
Strong knowledge of complete building construction from foundation to handover.
Experience in client handling and site coordination.
Ability to manage labour teams and subcontractors.
Must have labour contacts and manpower management skills.
Knowledge of drawings, site execution, quality control, and material management.
Ability to plan daily site activities and ensure timely project completion.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage residential construction projects.
Coordinate with clients, labour teams, vendors, and consultants.
Monitor site progress, quality, and safety.
Manage materials and workforce efficiently.
Ensure projects are completed as per schedule and quality standards.
Preferred:
Diploma / BE Civil Engineering.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
