Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of international voice & Chat experience
- Seller Support experience is mandatory
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international seller queries via chat
- Resolve seller issues efficiently and professionally
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer service standards
- Follow process guidelines and escalation procedures
