A Tamil and Malayalam-speaking CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving queries, and driving services within South Indian markets. They act as the bridge between the company and its regional clientele by offering support and maintaining accurate interaction logs.
Key Responsibilities
- Multilingual Customer Support: Respond to inbound and outbound queries, complaints, and requests in both Tamil and Malayalam via calls, emails, and chat.
- Data Maintenance: Document all customer interactions, feedback, and requests accurately in CRM software.
- Providing on time support and communication to customer within TAT
- Monitoring customer complaints & managing customer satisfaction
- Understanding customer concern and to help them solving their query with their satisfaction
- Communicating with customers through various channels, mails, chat, calls, social media
- Ensuring seamless communication with team to keep high moral and low chances of mistake
Essential Requirements
- Language Skills: Exceptional verbal and written fluency in Tamil and Malayalam. Good spoken English and Hindi are usually required for internal reporting and training.
- Experience: 0.6-2 years in customer service, tele calling, or relationship management (BPO, banking, real estate, or healthcare preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Soft Skills: Active listening, problem-solving, and empathetic communication.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk) and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
