Experience with various types of HVAC systems such as conventional, VRFs, DX,etc.
Experience with high side and low side systems
Research code issues and ask relevant questions when an interpretation or exception to the design is required.
Review the work of the project design teams, checks the progress of the work, and alert Project Managers of scope changes or additional services.
Provide drawings for own designs and produce sketches to incorporate in drawings by drafting team.
Experience in preparing and reviewing ducting layouts
Preparation of technical specifications, BOQ, tender documents, cost estimation and coordination with reputed vendors in the industry
Strong background on codes applicable for clean room design
