Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, support statutory compliance, and ensure timely processing of payments and reconciliations. The candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and ERP/accounting software.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking.
- Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and vendor bills.
- Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial data for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments for payment approvals and documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist during audits and provide required financial documents.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems (e.g., Tally, ERP, SAP, Busy, etc.).
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / Finance or related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based companies will be preferred.
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of payroll processing and vendor management.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with taxation and compliance procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
